Swagelok Central UK - Our first 6 months of enhanced service and support

Swagelok Bristol has merged with Swagelok Manchester to form Swagelok Central UK to provide enhanced service and support.

On April 9th, Swagelok Bristol and Swagelok Manchester merged to trade under one entity - Bristol Fluid System Technologies Ltd, T/A Swagelok Central UK. Over the coming months, both organisations will merge resources and infrastructure to form Swagelok Central UK with operations continuing as normal for both facilities. Please take a look at the information below to understand what these changes mean for Swagelok Bristol's customers.

Critically, operations have continued as normal, staff at our two sites (in Birchwood Park, Warrington and Bradley Stoke, Bristol) have formed into new Central UK-wide team structures and we have consolidated our stock into a single site, giving us enhanced visibility, control and efficiencies to pass on to our Customers.

Operations

Next steps include exploitation of our enhanced footprint to further develop our Custom Solutions, design, engineering, fabrication and training services, and the development of in-house CNC tube bending capabilities for large scale projects across markets such as Clean Energy, Oil, Gas & Chemical, Semiconductor, and Defence.

Although we’ve made strenuous efforts to make sure the merger is invisible to our Customers at the point of delivery, we’ve been hugely appreciative of your understanding, particularly over the weekend when the majority of the IT tools were consolidated – if you’ve noticed any disruption to our normally exemplary levels of service do please get in touch.

All existing relationships and 'go-to' contacts will remain in the same positions that customers are familiar with, including Business Development Managers.

In time, more resource and subject matter expertise will be at the disposal of all across the Swagelok Central UK territory, further improving the service that we can provide to our customers. Markets such as Clean Energy, Oil, Gas and Chemical, Semiconductor, and Defence will benefit from an expanding suite of manufacturing, field engineering and advisory services.
